Exam - Stress Busters!

Few important tips to overcome the exam stress:

1. Fix a Plan:

Fix a working tentative timetable to prepare for the examination.
Few students find studying early in the day comfortable while an equal number find any other time of the day convinient.

The time of the day is immaterial as long as the objective is achieved. There is no universal code to prepare for examination. So you absolutely have the responsibility to prepare a plan which suits you well very convinient.

"Rehearsing a real-time exam situation will prepare you better for the challenges that lie ahead"

2.Be Cool and Calm:

Never be over-confident for good performance or discouraged by a bad-one.
It is absolutely a distraction.Exam results do not necessarily reflect the ability of a student. They are just an advantage for students who pass with flying colours.

3.STRESS:

Stress is often created by the arising negative thoughts which grows in the mind occupying the entire thought and destroys the whole mental ability. You coukd possible have stress if you tend to have negative thoughts, irritability, insomnia etc. It may even lead to headache, sweating, abdominal pain etc.

Lack of self-confidence is the major cause of exam stress.

The Money Travels!

Mastering money is an art. It involves mastering mind, wishes, people and lot more. Right from a fresh graduate to the pensioner, its the need of the hour to master and handle money.

We tend to hear many phrases like economic recession,No good openings,Frustration,Stress etc. The real survivor from all these barriers should be capable of mastering the so called MONEY.

We all need training.Definetely not an money-hunting course or foolish plans.A financial training for money ought to be provided..

SOME USEFUL MEASURES:

I would like to suggest few important measures, which as a fresher to a pensioner can really follow with no much pain.

1.SAVE MANTRA:

Always put some money away each month in regular bases.
Have a frequent check on your voluntary PF's.
If you tend to change your jobs frequently, we may usually tempt to cash out, but the wise and better way is to transfer it to the new employer.

Whenever you invest in stocks, stay for many long years even if you suffer the huge losses, because the market can bounce back to any great height.

2.MONEY TRACKER: (not a mobile tracker)

Never outspend  the hard earned income. Revise your budget frequently and always concentrate on saving it.

Spend time on each day to track down all the money.

3. NO MORE DEBTS:

Fresh graduate alway tend to spend more than the experienced. Avoid many new purchases. Get rid of your debt with any extra cash you have. The credit card loans interest are always the higher than the home/student loans.
Connect your life for the debt-free one.

4.ITS TIME FOR HEALTH:

Health care expenses are the most disastrous and can make people to go bankrupt. Always prefer to have a full-coverage on your health. Many majority of people  neglect the medical insurance. But it has been proved worthful in many cases.

Thats all about money mastering. Hope it helps all the new bees to have their best retirement life.

Difference between Kruskal's Algorithm and Prim's Algorithm in Spanning Tree

Kruskal's Algorithm:

1.It is an Algorithm in graph theory that finds a minimum spanning tree for a connected weighted graph.

2.Kruskal is where we order the nodes from smallest to largest and pick accordingly.

3.Kruskal allows both new-new nodes and old-old nodes to get connected.

4.Kruskal's algorithm builds a minimum spanning tree by adding one edge at a time. The next line is always the shortest only if it does not create a cycle.

5.Kruskal's require us to sort the edge weight's first.

Prim's Algorithm:

1.It is the Algorithm that finds a minimum spanning tree for a connected weighted unidirected graph.

2.In Prim's algorithm we select an arbitrary node then correct the ones nearest to it.

3.Prim's always joins a new vertex to old vertex.

4.Prim's builds a minimum spanning tree by adding one vertex at a time. The next vertex to be added is always the one nearest to a vertex already on a graph.

5.In Prim's algorithm we select the shortest edge when executing the algorithm.

Insurance is the Subject matter of Solicitation - Meaning

"Insurance is the Subject matter of Solicitation"

It simply means that Insurance policies should not be SOLD but it has to be willingly accepted and solicited.

SOLICITATION- It means "Asking for".

We should "Ask for" our own Need rather than accepting it by compulsion.

In brief, one should not blindly follow the Standard Information given by the company on its Web terms and other media but we should tailor make our policy by sitting and discussing with our agent according to our own requirement.

As a consumer we should,

1.Frame our own need.

2.Plan the solution.

3.Meet a trained Financial Adviser.

4.Select the exact solution and finalise it.

Insurance can always be supplied only on demand and not on compulsion.

But instead in our country we are not solicited(i.e we don't go and ask them for a policy for our own need instead we are approached for it).
